In order for us to help the traffic flow remain SAFE and EFFICIENT at all times please remember the following:
MORNING DROP OFF- since buses need to leave at 7:55 each morning, please use the "At 7:55, Take a Different Drive" method. You may drive to the High School driveway and pull right up to the West Entrance of SWE.
AFTERNOON PICK UP- when placing the student signs in the car please place them on the passenger side window or use a plastic pants hanger with the clips to hang from the rearview mirror. This will best enable us to see the names clearly.
If you have any questions please call the school. T
hank you!

South Whitley Elementary is a part of the Whitko Community School Corporation and one of the two K-5 elementary schools in the district.  For this year only, the school has two campuses because of construction at the south campus.  Fourth and fifth grade students are housed at North Campus in the northeast wing of Whitko Middle School.  Next year we will all be under one roof.
South Whitley Elementary is participating in a program called C.L.A.S.S.  We are building a culture around the life goals of "Do the Right Thing" and "Treat People Right."  Every month we will highlight a different lifeline--personal habits that will benefit students throughout their lives.  Students and parents will learn more about C.L.A.S.S. throughout the school year, and can help continue the lifeline goals at home and in our community. SWES Parent Night was held on September 23rd where Our C.L.A.S.S Student Ambassadors were introduced and we all were treated to yummy ice cream sundaes!

Always do your Bulldog P.A.R.T.
